Derma Medical is a private cosmetic dermatology clinic based in Athens. Its team consists of dermatology specialists and skincare experts offering a variety of face & body skin health & wellness services, from acne treatment to mesotherapy and cosmetic surgery.

Its competitive advantage lies on the combination of medical expertise with state-of-the-art cosmetic dermatology equipment and practices.

Besides switching to a modern-looking website that resonates with the essence of cosmetic dermatology services, Derma Medical needed a revamped digital presence to reach its predominantly female target group in a friendly but professional manner.

A total redesign of the website served the purpose of a fresh, new look it required and that corresponds to the concept of their services. New content was added with focus on essential information about the several different services offered, covering frequently asked questions. We managed to ease navigation, while we fixed all technical aspects of optimisation and usability. New promotional content complemented our work in assisting the business stepping up its sales strategy, while a dynamic approach was followed on social media, with new posts, targeted Facebook/Google ads and a new IG profile that was missing.

The new, aesthetically and technically superior website displays information smoothly and concisely, inspiring trust. An increase in all key visibility indicators was recorded, including traffic and conversion rate, as a rising number of appointments were booked after the launch of the new website.
